In my experience it’s a lot easier to find free patterns for women’s underwear than for men’s. In fact, I found it much easier to find children’s underwear patterns for girls and boys than men’s underwear patterns. I find this strange as there are just as many men as women and there are men who sew. There are several men’s underwear patterns available online for purchase. If you’re not sure you want to commit to a pattern purchase or are unsure of your sewing skills, this post is for you. I’ve scoured the internet for free unisex and men’s underwear sewing patterns so that you don’t have to.
